(1) A person selling and distributing food items mentioned in Rule 24 shall pay a fee of twenty five rupees and obtain a permit as per Schedule-12 from any village development committee or municipality in the place where he resides or where the general sale is made and while selling and distributing food items. The license should be kept with you.
(2) A person who has received a license as per sub-rule (1) may, under his full responsibility, take over the license to sell and distribute the food items mentioned in that license and send it to any member of his family.
